We are a small family-run flower farm located in Mt. Zion, Illinois specializing in unique, fragrant, and hard to find flower and foliage varieties.

We are husband and wife farmer-florist duo, Jared and Lindsay Storm, owners and operators of Bushel and Peck Wildflowers. Our locally grown flowers are available during our growing season which runs April through October. Find them at farmer’s markets, our local florists, through weddings and events, along with our seasonal flower subscriptions. Our blooms are grown responsibly, using organic practices that benefit our planet and pollinators while protecting little noses from any unnecessary chemicals when stopping to smell the flowers.

💐Mother’s Day Pre-Orders are LIVE!💐 🌷Get your Mother’s Day orders in now for pickup on Saturday, May 9th from 10-2! 🌷This year pickup will be from our tent in the parking lot of the Long Creek Boutiques on Rt 36! 🌷We will keep pre-orders open until May 5th at 8pm (unless we happen to sell out before then) 🌷All Mother’s Day bouquets are designers choice, meaning each one is unique, but will feature our seasonal blooms in bright and pastel colors. Looks like peonies, tulips, poppies, and more will be making an appearance! 🌷You must pay at checkout to reserve your pre-order. Make sure you get a confirmation email! If you don’t see it, check your promotions and spam folders. You can always email us if you aren’t sure it went through. 📣MOTHER’S DAY PRE-ORDER INFO!📣 💐Tomorrow (Tuesday) night is the big night! At 6:30pm tomorrow night our Mother’s Day Pre-Orders will go live on our website! 💐All pre-orders are pickup only on Saturday, May 9th from 10-2 at a new location this year! 💐We are so excited to be set up in the parking lot outside the Long Creek Boutiques on Rt. 36 right next to our friends at @the_willow_nest_home_accents, @lollipoplaneil, and @saywowboards! We will have our tent set up and will have a designated area for pre-order pickups as well as some grab and go’s. 💐We won’t know how much will be available for grab and go until we get closer and see what’s blooming that week, so if you want Mother’s Day flowers, your best bet is to pre-order. 💐We have three price points and each design is farmer’s choice, full of our seasonal blooms. We will definitely have peonies, tulips, and lots of others are just starting to kick in! Let us know what questions you have! The farm stand is OPEN today (Saturday) until 2pm and we are fully stocked with everything you need to make someone’s day a little brighter! Lush wrapped bouquets, the happiest large and medium mason jars, and some cutie little mini apple juice jars full of our spring’s goodness! Our stand is self-serve, honor system.. Every time that you choose locally grown flowers for those events, you are supporting your local economy and small businesses, all while helping save the planet from unnecessary gas emissions and wasteful one-time-use packaging. We also plant lots of varieties that are specific food sources for our local pollinators. When you go with our flowers, you also avoid breathing in chemicals that are used in the fumigation process in addition to the chemical preservatives that are sprayed to make flowers more likely to withstand the long journey from South America where most flowers sold in America are grown.
